A billionaire diamond mogul has died after reportedly suffering a heart attack during a procedure to enlarge his penis.
Ehud Arye Laniado a man who is known as a “billionaire diamond trader” has died at an upscale medical clinic in Paris.
Laniado, 65, was reportedly going under the knife for a penis enlargement surgery when he suffered a heart attack.
The billionaire who was a dual national from Belgian and Israeli suffered the heart attack before the substance was injected into his penis.
Belgian media outlet “The Sun” says that Laniado suffered from the “Napoleon complex” meaning that he was obsessed with appearance.
He was “always focused on his appearance and how others perceived him,” according to one friend, who spoke to Belgium’s GVA newspaper.
They also say that Laniado checked his bank account “multiple times a day” just to make himself feel better.
Although Laniado’s net worth is unknown, he did have to hand over well over $5 billion to Belgian authorities following tax evasion trouble.
His company, Omega Diamonds, confirmed his death in a statement Wednesday.
“Farewell to a visionary businessman,” the statement said
