Dr. Dre Deletes Daughter’s USC Post After Fans Pointed Out A Previous Donation Of $70 Million

Dr. Dre is celebrating his daughter acceptance to USC, but some are giving him the side eye following his statement of her doing it “on her own.”

Celebs who are sending their children to USC have been under major microscopes following the largest college admissions scam. Now Dr. Dre is having eyes turn his direction after his daughter is accepted.

On Sunday, Dre took to his Instagram to share a picture that his daughter had been accepted into the Los Aneles school with a caption that read,

“My daughter got accepted into USC all on her own, no jail time.”

While he was not one of the celebs named in the major scam, fans were quick to point out that a few years back Dre made a major donation.

It turns out that Dr. Dre and his Beats by Dr. Dre co-founder donated $70 million to USC back in 2013. Some may look at this as a way to ensure that your child gets into a good college, but a totally legal way which technically means that it’s not a bribe.

So unless Dre ends up being one of those celebrities who were apart of the bribe, his daughter definitely got into USC on her own!
