Drake & Draymond Green Squash ‘Beef’ After Rapper Called The Warriors Baller ‘Trash’

Earlier this week Drake and Draymond Green had, what appeared to be, a heated exchange court side after the Toronto Raptors beat the Golden State Warriors in Game 2 of the NBA Finals; in which the rapper seemingly yelled at the baller, “you’re trash.”

While talking to NBC Sports Bay Area, Green explains, “It’s fun for me. We was talking s**t. We live in a day and age where people — we live in a soft-a** world to where everything is a problem, and everything is a major issue. That’s the world we live in today, and so when someone sees people talking s**t to each other, it’s like, ‘Oh my God, they hate each other,’ but it’s the typical overreaction into everything that’s overreacted to in today’s day in age.”

In addition, Green shares, “I think so many people make a big deal out of it. It is what it is. He’s a fan. He talks, and it gets more attention because he’s Drake. So many people are complaining about it, like, ‘You don’t let any other fan do that.’ Yeah, any other fan is just not Drake, so they probably shouldn’t be able to do that. That’s just kind of how the cookie crumbles.“
