Exxon Mobil Employees Brutally Attack Two Women In Video

Two women were brutally assaulted outside of an Exxon Mobil gas station in Ross Township, Pennsylvania.

According to Pittsburgh Action News 4, a disturbing video went viral over the weekend when several employees of the Exxon Mobil on Brighton Road were captured jumping and assaulting two women on Friday. The video’s disturbing content prompted a protest on Saturday and protestors blocked the entrance of the gas station’s parking lot shouting, “Shut it down!” Investigators reported that the fight began after one of the women complained about an alleged pump malfunction, causing the gas to spill. They asked for a refund but the gas station’s owners refused the customer’s request.

Surveillance footage shows one of the female customers confronting male employees before the physical altercation. However, a bystander video shows the store owners hitting one woman in the back and an employee dragging the other by her hair while dragging her across the pavement.

Investigators have submitted paperwork to the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office so charges can be applied to the two store owners and employee.

“Police investigate all violence seriously. The video showing the assault on these women is particularly disturbing as multiple men held down the women while punching them repeatedly.”

A statement was released by Exxon Mobil condemning the men’s actions and says it does not reflect their company as a whole.

“ExxonMobil does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment by any company representative. ExxonMobil’s global policies promote diversity and inclusion and prohibit any form of discrimination or harassment in any company workplace, anywhere around the world. ExxonMobil does not own or operate any retail fuels stations in the United States, but we are aware of the situation and take these matters very seriously. Exxon and Mobil stations are supplied by authorized independent branded wholesalers who either operate the stations directly or have a contractual relationship with an independent owner/operator.”
