Fabolous Indicted On Four Charges Related To Alleged Assault

Back in March, reality star and celebrity stylist Emily B accused rapper Fabolous of punching her in the face repeatedly and knocking out her teeth during a heated argument.

Fab’s attorney referred to the incident as an argument and denied that the rapper committed any crimes. The couple even made up shortly after the fight and now appears to be going stronger than ever. However, despite that, it looks like Fab is not clear of his troubles just yet.

According to, the rapper is now facing four felony charges over the incident. A Bergen County grand jury indicted the New York rapper, whose real name is John Jackson, last Tuesday on one count of aggravated assault to a domestic violence victim, one count possession of a weapon — the scissors  — for unlawful purposes and two counts of making terroristic threats, according to the indictment, the news site reports.

Fabolous allegedly hit Emily seven times causing her two front teeth to break. He also allegedly made threats to kill the victim’s father and brother, who live in Englewood. Jackson eventually turned himself into Englewood police later that day.

Each of the four charges can carry up to five years in prison. While we wait and see how that turns out, many are still trying to figure out if Fab and Emily B recently tied the knot!

The rapper was spotted at the BET Hip-Hop Awards rocking a big diamond ring on his ring finger while fans noticed Emily B rocking a similar ring on the same finger last month.
