Florida Man Fatally Shoots Wife For Being ‘Disrespectful’
Florida is back at it again with it’s strange and weird crimes. Must be something in the water.
73-year-old Fernando De Baere shot his wife in the face this week inside of their Plantation home because she was speaking to him in a disrespectful manner. He then casually walked to a neighbor’s home where he revealed that he’d killed her.
Plantation police said Fernando De Baere told them he shot Marisa Sherman, 47 because she wouldn’t stop speaking disrespectfully.
According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, De Baere’s legs and boxer shorts were covered in blood while he told the officers that he and his wife were arguing about her interactions with a former co-worker. He said he got upset about the disrespectful “way that she was talking to him,” so he shot her in the face. He said he returned the weapon to his closet before going to his neighbor’s house.
Sherman was found sitting upright on a couch with the gunshot wound to her face.
As of now, he has been arrested on a charge of premeditated murder and he is being held without bail at the Broward Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale.
