Florida Man Threatens Houseguest With Machete For Not Flushing Toilet
Back at it again Florida.
This time the infamous Florida man was arrested for allegedly attacking his houseguest with a machete because they failed to flush the toilet.
Keith Mounts, 46, of Hudson, was arrested on August 24 around 8 p.m. by police from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office. The victim said that he threatened him with the machete and put it in his face while saying that he would “chop” him up for not flushing!
According to The Smoking Gun, police found the weapon in the backyard of the suspect’s home. The unidentified victim said he was scared that Keith “would cause harm to him.”
A Pasco Sheriff’s Office Rep said that, “The suspect didn’t flush and when the victim called him on it, the suspect threatened him with a machete.”
When confronted by the police Keith said that he was simply defending himself, however, witnesses state otherwise.
“The defendant intentionally and unlawfully threatened to do violence to the victim,” the police report noted. “The defendant had an apparent ability to do so, and did point a machete at the victim’s face, which created a well-founded fear in the victim that such violence was imminent.”
As of now, Mount’s has been charged with felony aggravated assault. He was released on $5,000 bond.
