Florida Prosecutors Offer To Drop Charges Against Patriots Owner Robert Kraft

On Tuesday, prosecutors in Palm Beach County, Florida, offered New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft a chance to avoid prosecution for soliciting prostitution and having his charges dropped, according to multiple reports.

The Attorney’s office also offered to drop charges against 24 other men who allegedly paid for sex acts at a South Florida massage parlor. Apart of the deal, they all must agree that they would have been found guilty at trial.

In addition to that, the defendants must also do 100 hours of community service, submit to an STD test, take a class on the dangers of prostitution and pay $5,000 per criminal charge they face, The New York Post reports.

Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office said it is a standard offer for first-time offenders. As of right now, none of the accused have taken the deal.

Kraft is being accused of trading cash for sexual favors at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on Jan. 18 and Jan. 22 just shortly before his team won its sixth Super Bowl. Kraft faces 60 days in jail and a $500 fine if his case goes to trial and he’s found guilty.

He has denied he engaged in illegal activity.
