The champ, Floyd Mayweather isn’t sweating his run-in with streetballer the Bone Collector. In fact, he has nothing but praise and reiterates that his fall did not affect his wealth!
As we reported, Floyd was playing in the $50k Charity Challenge Celebrity Basketball Game where Bone crossed him and caused him to fall on the floor. It was all fun and games and in the name of charity, but Floyd’s bags are still multiplying regardless.
The next day TMZ caught up with the champ who commented on the game,
“It was a cool move,” Mayweather said … “but did they tell you I got MVP? So, we gotta talk about me being MVP!”
Floyd adds he has nothing but respect for Bone, “nothing but love” — and he wishes him “nothing but the best,” but he is content that he is still one of the wealthiest men in sporting history and will remain an icon.
“It was a good move, but that comes with the territory. It’s not the NBA, and we live and we learn.”
“My name will live forever,” Floyd added. “Money May all f*cking day.”
The icing on the cake was when Floyd finished off by saying,
“I might go to my house in Beverly Hills because it’s $52 million and I’ve never slept in it.”
