Freeda Foreman, Daughter Of George Foreman, Dead At 42
George Foreman’s daughter, Freeda Foreman, has sadly passed away. She was just 42.
TMZ reports that law enforcement states that Freeda was found unresponsive in her home near Houston, Texas, by a family member. Her cause of death has not been determined as police are still waiting for a report from the coroner’s office, however, there is no indication of foul play.
Freeda followed in her father’s footsteps and was a former boxer herself, compiling a 5-1 record before retiring from the ring in 2001. She was one of Foreman’s 10 children, five girls and five boys who were all named Geroge. Freeda’s middle name was also Geroge.
Her father, who was the famed boxer held the sport’s world heavyweight champion twice, as he first held it from 1973 until losing it in 1974 to the late Muhammad Ali, and a second time in 1994 when he beat Michael Moorer to become the sport’s oldest world heavyweight champion ever!
Geroge has not commented on his daughter’s death. Freeda is survived by her husband, two daughters, three grandchildren, parents, and 11 siblings.
