One of the scariest times in Kim Kardashian’s life was when she was robbed in Paris and it might be hitting the big screen soon!
It’s being reported that French comic book artist and filmmaker Joann Sfar is wanting to take the story of Kim Kardashian West being robbed in Paris and turn it into a comedy movie!
Variety reports that Sfar recently wrote a novel called “Fashion Week” where he was inspired by the headlines of Kim being robbed back in 2016.
Sfar is said to be partnering with Marion Festraëts (“Chefs”) to produce the film. They plan to explore the theme of feminism, masculinity, and patriarchy in today’s society while addressing;
“violence against women, the relationship between the very rich people and the less rich, the world of fashion and the encounter between figures of new and old worlds,” Sfar told Variety.
Sfar says that the film while loosely based on Kim’s story will not have an actress who looks like the mother of four. Rather they will have a character who captures what the reality-show star represents.
The plot of the movie will revolve around a group of older thieves who plan to rob a famous influencer during her trip to Paris and find themselves embroiled in the whirlwind of Fashion Week in the French capital.
If you recall, back in 2016, Kim was staying at a hotel during Paris Fashion week when a group of men dressed as police made their way into her room holding her at gunpoint. They tied her up placing her ina bathroom before proceeding to take millions of dollors worth of jewlery and two cell phones.
Nothing seems to be commedic about this story, but as more infomriaont is released about this plan to make her story into a film, we will keep you updated!
