If you love all things mustard, then this one is definitely for you!
Of all the things French’s could do to celebrate the national mustard day, they decided to throw it into a machine and make some ice cream.
The popular condiment brand shared that they will be partnering with Coolhaus ice cream company in Los Angeles to make this somewhat odd item into a delicious dessert.
Now if you’ve had mustard before which a lot of people haven’t, you know that it is sour. So the first thing that comes to mind is how will they make this sweet?
“As lovers of sweet-meets-savory, pure ingredients, and unique creations, we are incredibly excited to be collaborating with French’s Mustard in creating this one-of-a-kind product,” Coolhaus founder and CEO Natasha Case said in a statement.
“It’s been so fun to explore this classic condiment in a whole new way and create an unforgettable thoughtfully-crafted ice cream flavor with an All-American taste.”
While those mustard lovers may be out there rejoicing, there is a chance that you won’t get your hands on it unless you live in New York City and Los Angeles.
On Aug 1. the truck will be at Rockefeller Center and Hearst Tower/Columbus Circle. On Aug. 2 it will be in Brooklyn Heights and Madison Square Park. The last and final day, Aug. 3, the truck will on the beach at Main Street Hamptons and East Hampton Main Beach.
As for the LA locals, the Coolhaus location in Culver City will have the ice cream available on Aug. 2 to Aug. 4 and Aug. 9 to Aug. 11.
