Fugitive Arrested For Posting “AOC Should Be Shot” On Facebook

An Ohio man was apprehended after he was caught for writing threats towards congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on his social media pages.

According to the New York Post, the United States Capitol Police received a tip on July 23 that 41-year-old Timothy Ireland Jr. was posting threats towards Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez on his Facebook and various social media pages.

“She should be shot. Can’t fire me, my employer would load the gun for me,”

The posts would include a link to a news report involving Ocasio-Cortez and a criminal history record check displayed that Ireland had two outstanding warrants. One for felony failure to appear in Sarasota County, Florida and a misdemeanor failure to appear for a marijuana possession charge in Cook County, Georgia.
