The Rapper Breaks Tie With Drake New Album Hits No. 1
Future has officially broken his tie with Drake as he passes the Toronto rapper for the most No. 1s on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart for the entire decade, as his latest offering Save Me lands at the top spot.
Additionally, the album is the Atlanta rapper’s 10th No. 1 on the chart and has also landed on the Billboard 200 charts for the week ending with June 13, totaling 42,000 units debuted.
While the game of tag began years prior, things heated up when Drake dropped his playlist More Life, leaving Future to debut his 2017 self-titled project, plus HNDRXX and his Young Thug collaborative project Super Slimey. Within the last year, he also dropped Future & Juice WRLD Present…World On Drugs and Future Hndrxx Presents: The Wizrd as Drake dropped Scorpion and mixtape So Far Gone.
