Getaway Driver’s Testimony Details Moments Leading Up To Nipsey Hussle’s Shooting
The getaway driver who aided Eric Holder following Nipsey Hussle’s murder claims that the incident ensued after a conversation about snitching.
According to TMZ, court documents in the case identify the driver as Witness 1, who notes that she and Eric Holder were hanging out at The Marathon Clothing strip to grab food. She adds that she was excited to see Nipsey.
She later claims that she saw Holder go to the burger place next door to the store and try to speak to the rapper, but, it looked like Nipsey waved him away. She claims she heard him call Eric a snitch. Apparently, Holder then left and got his food. At this point, she claims Holder told her to drive around the corner of the store, he then pulled out a semi-automatic handgun.
He told her to go around the front so that he could do a drive-by, but she refused, so he got out and ran towards Nipsey. After she heard shots, Holder ran back to the car with two guns, one of which he hid in his bag of food.
The court documents note that she is testifying under an immunity agreement so that none of the information can be used to prosecute her later. She has not been charged with anything in relation to the crime.
