An Arizona woman was arrested after her 10-year-old daughter recorded a video of her being intoxicated then called the police.
Yahoo! News reports Stephanie Davis,31, was arrested Saturday after she was captured on camera driving while intoxicated. Her daughter began to go record the footage where she and three other children under the age of 15 are begging her to stop the vehicle. When police arrived at the scene, the 10-year-old girl presented the video where Davis’ ignored the pleas of her three children while she was driving. During questioning, Davis confessed to drinking wine despite the police report describing the mother of being unbalanced and stumbling near the car.
“When she walked, she had to be supported by officers, and when she tried to exit the patrol vehicle, she fell down and had to be caught by officers,”
Glendale authorities added that her eyes were very watery and bloodshot and her face was very red. She also had slurred speech and mood swings.

She refused to take a sobriety test and Glendale police filed a warrant to obtain a blood sample. Police charged Davis on suspicion of aggravated DUI.
