Chaos ensued after gunshots were reportedly fired into a crowd during the Toronto Raptors Victory Parade in Canada.
According to TMZ, the parade came to a halt after 1 p.m. when the crowd heard multiple gunshots. Police reported that one woman was injured during the shooting and was rushed to a local hospital. A statement was released by the Toronto Operations Center saying that the shooting occurred at Nathan Phillip’s Square.
Videos uploaded on social media show the crowd running away from scene and Raptors play-by-play announcer, Matt Devlin, is telling the crowd to remain calm while police respond to the shooting.

Toronto police are advising parade attendees to “stay down” or to find a safe area that is away from the parade route.
