Harvey Weinstein walked away from a car accident no injuries last week in New York.
According to Page Six, Harvey Weinstein was driving his 2017 Jeep in Westchester County on August 17. His car swerved to avoid hitting a deer and smashed into a tree near Bedford Center Road and Succabone Road around 8:55 a.m. Authorities reported that the vehicle ended up on its side and Weinstein had to kick his way out. The accident happened a week before he appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to two new counts of predatory sexual assault.
The case was presented by Manhattan prosecutors to the grand jury after testimony was made by “The Sopranos” actress Anabella Sciorra. She said that Weinstein raped her in 1993.

The allegations cannot be prosecuted due to the statute of limitations but Sciorra is able to use her testimony against Weinstein during his trial for sexually assaulting production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006 and the rape of a lover, who was not identified by the public.
