The results have come in regarding the death of Vine co-creator and HQ Trivia CEO Collin Kroll.
HQ Trivia CEO and co-creator of Vine, Colin Kroll died from an overdose of various drugs he was 34.
The New York City Chief Medical Examiner says that Colin died from acute intoxication due to the combined effects of fentanyl, fluoroisobutyryl fentanyl, heroin and cocaine.
On December 16th, Kroll was found lying face down in his New York City home and was pronounced dead at the scene. Sources say that when officials arrived at Colin’s home, there was drug paraphernalia nearby.
Following the news of his death, Kroll’s Vine and HQ Trivia co-founder, Rus Yusupov, released a statement saying,
“So sad to hear about the passing of my friend and co-founder Colin Kroll,” he wrote. “My thoughts & prayers go out to his loved ones. I will forever remember him for his kind soul and big heart. He made the world and internet a better place. Rest in peace, brother.”
They are saying that this overdose was accidental. Although his death was two months ago, we will continue to keep his grieving family and friends in our prayers.
