While climbing to the number four spot on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, J. Cole‘s latest single, “MIDDLE CHILD,” simultaneously becomes the North Carolina rapper’s career-high placement on the board.

Additionally, the buzzing single, produced by T-Minus and which shouts out LeBron JamesKodak Black21 SavageDrake and more, also sparked reports of “shots fired,” with references about Kanye West and his on-going beef with Drake.
