Jay-Z is not here for an Australian retailer using his name and likeness to sell a children’s book. According to the New York Times, the rapper is suing the small web-based shop called The Little Homie, over a book  called “A B to Jay-Z.”

The book repurposes a line from his hit song “99 Problems” as “If you’re having alphabet problems I feel bad for your son, I got 99 problems but my ABCs ain’t one.”

In addition to Jay, the book features other rappers including Biggie Smalls and Eminem. Now, the children book was released two years ago and Little Homie — which said it was hoping to inspire “the next generation of hood rats” — says it sold out within days, the Times reports. Many social media users have claimed that the company is racist while pointing out that Jessica Chiha, the company’s owner, references to herself as “J-Pain,” her child as a “ghetto little superstar” and her husband as her “baby daddy.” It was also said that several photos, allegedly from her husband Danny’s Facebook, seem to show people in blackface at a party.

Despiser that, China shared a statement event to Page Six on the latest lawsuit:

“We are unbelievably disappointed to find ourselves caught in a legal battle with someone whose music we love and adore,” Chiha said. “We refer to a whole host of hip-hop artists in the books, but to have someone like Jay-Z file legal proceedings is daunting beyond belief and hugely dispiriting. We maintain we have done nothing wrong and intend to give it everything we’ve got for common sense and common good to prevail, to the extent we can fight the fight.”
