Joe Giudice Allowed To Stay In The U.S During Deportation Battle
RHONJ’s Joe Giudice has scored a small victory in his immigration battle to stay in the U.S.
The Blast reports that Joe’s court appeal has helped him avoid deportation to Italy while his case is ongoing.
Court documents show that the United States Court of Appeals for The Third Circuit has ruled that Joe will be able to remain in the U.S in America while he fights his case.
Sources close to the situation have told the Blast that his legal team is working on getting him out of ICE custody while he waits on the immigration court’s final decision. The best outcome for the family would be if his deportation is canceled and he can remain in the country with his loved ones.
As we previously reported, Joe was taken into ICE custody after he finished his three-year prison team. He is currently fighting deportation to Italy and has made another appeal with the federal court. Joe moved to the U.S when he was a baby, so Italy would be unknown land to him.
