Joe Giudice Gets Deportation Postponed
There is finally some good news for ” The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” Joe Giudice as his deportation order has been delayed after a federal judge ordered it to be postponed.
The Blast obtained court documents that show that an order was filed earlier this morning and it says that Joe’s removal from the U.S will be delayed until the court has ample time to look over his appeal.
The order states that the motion to postpone his removal is “temporarily granted” as the case continues.
As we reported, his appeal had recently been denied to stay in the U.S following his release from prison, where she served three years. Joe was released from jail on March 14 and has been in ICE custody ever since.
The new ruling means that he will be able to remain in the country until a decision is made.
His Wife, Teresa previously voiced that she would part ways with Joe if he is deported,
“I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it.”
