“Real Housewive’s of New Jersey’s” Joe Giudice, will not be able to go home and enjoy his freedom when he’s released from prison this week because he will be going straight to ICE.

TMZ reports that an ICE official states that their office is expecting Allenwood Low Federal Correctional Institution to bring in Joe following his release on Thursday pending his deportation to Italy.

As of now, it is not clear where ICE plans on taking Joe, but, going off of their track record he could be in a detention centers for a long time while he awaits the decision of his deportation appeal. He must remain in ICE custody until then.

As we reported, Joe, 46, began serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016. Teresa has said she’ll divorce him if he ends up getting deported back to Italy as she doesn’t plan on moving there with their kids. Joe has not yet commented.
