Joe Giudice’s Deportation Appeal Denied By ICE
It is not looking good for Joe Giudice as his appeal has been denied to stay in the U.S following his release from prison.
“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal,” his lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr. said. “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he know, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
E! News reports that an appeal as filed on Wednesday for a federal court to review the decision, however, if the second appeal is denied he will be deported back to Italy.
Joe was released from custody March 14 and has been in ICE custody ever since.
His Wife, Teresa previously voiced that she would part way with Joe if he is deported,
“I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it,”
