Kevin Hart Reportedly Refuses To Hand Over Social Media Info In $7M Lawsuit

Subsequent to his highly publicized extortion controversy shared across social media last year, Kevin Hart landed himself in more hot water after his former business partners filed a $7 million lawsuit against him, claiming his scandal caused their app to fail.

Fast forward a few months, Hart’s former partners at Stand Up Digital are now claiming that he’s refusing to turn over social data they’re requesting within their suit; which includes pertinent, specific numbers for the posts he published about the app, Gold Ambush.

In addition to wanting the courts to sanction Hart for his latest refusal, the plaintiff’s original suit arrived after the comedian failed to communicate with them after publicly admitting to his extramarital affair last year. Hart countersued, to no avail, claiming the company should take responsibility for the failure themselves.

Additionally, the presiding judge has not yet ruled on the request. Stay tuned to Hollywood Unlocked as further details develop.
