Kevin Hart’s Sex Tape Partner Sues For $60 Million Claiming Recording Was Planned

The woman involved in the 2017 sex tape with Kevin Hart is suing him for $60 million claiming that Hart planned the recording with a friend.

According to TMZ, Montia Sabbag claimed in the lawsuit that her experience with Kevin Hart in a Las Vegas hotel room was preplanned by the comedian and his friend JT Jackson. She also noted that Hart was motivated by gaining more publicity since his comedy tour was underway. Hart allegedly allowed Jackson to set up multiple hidden cameras inside of the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite so the sexual encounter could be recorded. After the sex tape was leaked to the public, Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion but denied allegations that he tried to extort Hart for money so the tape could be kept as a secret.

Since the tape’s release, Hart has denied planning the recording and said he has become a victim to Jackson’s attempts to extort him.
