Kevin Spacey Won’t Be Charged In Sexual Assault Case Because Alleged Victim Died
Kevin Spacey just caught a break in his Los Angeles sexual assault case because he won’t be charged after the alleged victim passed away.
As we reported, Spacey was accused of making a male massage therapist touch his genitals during a home session. He claims he suffered emotional stress due to the incident. However, Spacey denied all the claims.
According to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office recently rejected the entire case because the victim died during the course of the investigation into the claims. They D.A adds that without a victim, the allegations are hard to prove.
“The sexual assault allegations cannot be proved without participation of the victim. Thus, the case was declined,” said the D.A. spokesman.
The police report that the victim died from natural causes a few weeks ago. Spacey was also being accused of additional assaults that occurred back in London and Nantucket. He has vehemently denied all the allegations.
