Get fitted this holiday season in Baby Phat as they continue to make a comeback with a new collection!
Baby Phat is showing no signs of slowing down as Kimora Lee Simmons announces their new holiday collection.
The women’s streetwear brand has proven that they are still in high demand from a new generation of fashion lovers.
If you recall, back in June, Baby Phat partnered with Forever 21 to release their first comeback collection and it literally sold out online within 24 hours.
Now if you follow the brand, Kimora, or her daughters Aoki Lee and Ming Lee, you would have noticed that they began to promote their new collection which is said to feature new pieces that we all know and love from the early 2000’s.
The drop consists of pieces like velour tracksuits, crop tops, and drawstring pants which is expected to expand in the near future adding items like windbreakers, overside hoodies, tees, and knitwear.
“OG Baby Phat was a movement—it changed everything for urban women who until then were totally unrepresented and overlooked in 80s/90s fashion,” said Kimora.
“Baby Phat gave a lot of women—especially women of color—a voice and freedom of expression. Now my girls are grown, and we have the chance to celebrate the Baby Phat lifestyle with not only nostalgic Gen Xers, but millennials, xennials and centennials that weren’t even born the first time around. Now they get to be a part of that legacy.”
The early stages of the collection are available now on their newly revamped website!
