‘KOD’ Cover Artist Blasts J. Cole For Cashing Out Without Him

It seems like J. Cole is under some serious heat after the cover artist to his recently released album KOD claims the NC native went to the bank without him.

Additionally, the artist, Sixmau, whose real name is Kamau Haroon, claims during negotiations, Cole allegly told him the work would only be used for the project’s booklet, without mention of merchandise, etc.

So, now that Cole’s been selling merch featuring the piece, Sixmau took to Twitter blasting, “I did all the creative direction for the KOD album and he told me my work was only going to be used for booklet art. Only to turn around and make merchandise illegally with my art behind my back and profit majorly off it while on tour. F**k them.”

In addition, he shares, “All really think I care about clout or money? Any time I say f**k dreamville there’s always some fanboy in my DMs or mentions saying ‘you just mad you got played’ or ‘you just doing this for clout’. Lmao i ain’t mad about no money at all that can always be made. Idgaf about clout.”
