Kodak Is Facing 10 Years For Allegedly Falsifying Gun Applications
While he was arrested this past weekend ahead of his Rolling Loud Miami performance, Kodak Black is now facing 10 years in prison for reportedly falsifying gun applications, per The Blast.
Additionally, the publication details that a grand jury indicted Kodak, real name Bill K. Kapri, with 2-counts: (1) attempting to acquire a firearm and (2) falsifying details during the process.
Furthermore, officials say the Florida rapper lied on his application about facing any criminal charges; omitting all charges stemming from his current drug and weapons case in upstate New York. The site reports he is now facing 10 years and a $250,000 fine.
