Kodak Black’s Arrest Could Lead To Bond Being Revoked In Sexual Misconduct Case
Kodak Black’s troubles aren’t over yet! The rapper’s recent arrest at the Canada-U.S. border could have repercussions for his case in South Carolina.
TMZ reports that the Florence County Solicitor’s Office claim that prosecutors in the Palmetto State are aware of the rapper’s drugs and gun arrest and that they are currently reviewing the case to determine if he violated the conditions of his bond in relation to his sexual misconduct case.
If they come to the conclusion that Kodak violated the terms of his bond, a hearing would be held and prosecutors would request that the judge revoke his bond. Last we checked.
As we previously reported the rapper was accused of raping a teen at a hotel in April 2017. He paid $100k bond after he was indicted.
Just last week, Kodak was arrested on weapons and drugs charges at the U.S. Border, but he didn’t stay in jail for too long. The rapper was released after paying another $20,000 cash bond. He blamed his GPS for leading him into Canada on the way to his Boston show.
