Kristoff St. John’s Autopsy Completed, Cause of Death Deferred
Yesterday we reported that “Young & The Restless” actor Kristoff St. John had sadly passed away.
The autopsy for the famed actor has now been completed and his cause of death has been ruled as ‘deferred.’
According to a spokesperson at the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office, the autopsy was done Monday and his cause of death has been deferred pending additional toxicology results. The Blast reports that his body is now ready to be picked up by his family.
As we reported, St. John was found dead at his home in Woodland Hills on Sunday. He was just 52 years old.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, an investigation took place around 2:05 p.m. into a potential alcohol overdose at the 2300 block of Morea Way. His body was later discovered after one of his friends went to check on his wellbeing.
Sources close to the star said he had been suffering since his son’s suicide. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
