Kyle Massey Says He’s Being Extorted, Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations
Former Disney star Kyle Massey is denying all claims of sexual misconduct, by way of sharing sexually explicit photos of his erect penis and corresponding text messages, with a 13-year-old girl.
Subsequently, the That’s So Raven and Corey In The House star states that he’s being extorted, and asks his fans and the public “not to jump to conclusions based on the allegations alone but reserve judgment until the whole story comes to light, proving these allegations baseless.”
While the girl and legal team threatened to sue the 27-year-old actor earlier this year, just last week they followed through in filing a $1.5M lawsuit; since, Massey’s lawyer, Lee Hutton, tells TMZ, “No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.”
Additionally, in her suit, the girl claims she “suffered great pain of mind, body, shock, emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, loss of self-esteem, disgrace, humiliation and loss of enjoyment of life.”
