Kylie Jenner Reportedly Sued For Stealing ‘Born To Sparkle’ Makeup Line
Fellow beauty company Sheree Cosmetics is reportedly suing Kylie Jenner and her company Kylie Cosmetics for allegedly stealing its “Born to Sparkle” makeup line, per documents obtained by TMZ.
Additionally, the suit claims that Sheree has its own “Born to Sparkle” collection, and that Kylie made her own “Born to Sparkle” eyeshadow, featuring similar colors and packaging.
While Kylie’s collection, which includes lipstick, lip gloss and liner, glitter eyes and the “Born to Sparkle” eyeshadow, launched on August 6, as Sheree filed their trademark on August 30, 2018; so this might be hard to fight.
Furthermore, at the moment, it is unclear the amount of damages Sheree is seeking.
