Looks like the Big Baller Brand is no longer big ballen as Lonzo Ball Sues the co-founder for stealing millions from the company!
Los Angeles Lakers player Lonzo Ball is suing Alan Foster, a long time family friend, and co-founder of the Big Baller Brand.
Lonzo is claiming that he conned and swindled the BBB for more than $1.5 million dollars.
According to TMZ Sports, the lawsuit says that Foster orchestrated a “fraudulent scheme” to take money from BBB and use it for his personal gain and accounts.
Lonzo agrees that Foster got close to the family as soon as he saw the potential that he bought to the game of basketball and knew that he would be going to the NBA to make millions.
As for Foster’s history before the BBB franchise, he spent many years in prison for a ponzi scheme which the Ball family had no idea about.
While Foster owns 16 percent of the company, the family cut ties with him and instantly took him to court. Lonzo says that he confronted Foster about the situation which resulted in him threatening to reveal false information about the Ball family.
A few months back, Lonzo was hit with a threat from the NBA for a fine over his BBB tattoo which has since been covered up due to this situation with Foster.
As of now, there is no word on the exact amount that Lonzo is suing for, but sources say it is well over $2 million.
