Lori Loughlin has pleaded not guilty to charged of bribery in the largest college admissions scandle!
As more charges are being brought down, Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are continuing to plead not guilty!
If you recall, last month, the two were hit with charges of conspiracy to commit bribery on top of their existing three felony charges which they pled not guilty. Court records show that they pled not guilty which means the case is headed to trial.
Sources say that Loughlin had intentinos on pleading not guilty following the imprisonment and released within two weeks of actress Felicity Huffman who was also involved but plead guilty.
However, a source told us,
“Lori turned the corner and backed out of considering a guilty plea due to her husband’s insistence. She had been talking to her lawyers about it, but her friends and family were encouraging her to pursue a plea deal. She’s only listening to Mossimo though.”
According to CNN, Loughlin and Giannulli waived their appearance at the arraignment this month, meaning they will not have to appear in court.
If found guilty on all three counts, the couple could be facing around 50 years in prison. As for their daughters, there is a possibilty that they will be charged as defedents as well!
