Luke Perry’s Death Certificate Reveals Ischemic Stroke
Actor Luke Perry’s cause of death has been confirmed to have been from a stroke with no other factors weighing in.
According to the Blast, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” actor’s death certificate, states that he died from “ischemic cerebrovascular accident,” which is caused by a blockage. He sadly passed away at 12:44 PM on March 4.
As we reported, the actor passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank after being hospitalized following a stroke. He was just 52-years-old.
At the time of his death Perry’s representative told the Blast that “he died surrounded by his children, Jack and Sophie, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, ex-wife Minnie Sharp, mother Ann Bennett, stepfather Steve Bennett, brother Tom Perry, sister Amy Coder, and other close family and friends.”
Prior to his death, Perry had just concluded the filming of Quentin Tarantino’s Manson based movie, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” which also stars Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.
He will truly be missed! His fellow cast members have sent an outpour of love to him since his passing.
