Man Arrested At Six Flags After Police Find Arsenal Of Weapons In His Car

A Philadelphia man was arrested at Six Flags Great Adventure after police found an arsenal of weapons in his car.

According to PIX 11, Johnathan Fruchter,38, was arrested Thursday after he entered the amusement park and started acting “irrationally” at the employee training center then asked questions about the park’s security protocols. He was previously escorted out of the park for his behavior but returned and started bothering employees because he was not hired for work. While speaking with Jackson Police, it was discovered that he had a handgun in his car in the parking lot.

Authorities began to search Fruchter’s vehicle and found a Glock 9mm handgun, three loaded 15-round magazines, knives, a machete, a tactical tomahawk, handcuffs, and a hat with the NYPD logo on it.

Fruchter was arrested and placed in Jackon Police custody. They also searched his home and discovered an AR-15 rifle, several 30-round magazines for the rifle, a Sig Sauer 40 caliber handgun and ammunition. He is currently facing multiple charges including unlawful possession of weapons, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, possession of magazines capable of holding in excess of 10 rounds.
