A man decided to get out of his federal court drug test by calling in a bomb threat!

Gregory Herman, a heroin dealer reportedly called in the threat on June 5, just 48 minutes before he was due to take a drug test.

“Listen up, today at exactly 2:40 p.m. the Patrick Moynihan building will be completely demolished. Time is ticking,” Herman said on the call.

However, despite his efforts court remained open and he was sent to do his drug test at the downtown Manhatten courthouse. He tested positive for a narcotic and was sent straight to jail!

The NY Post reports that Herman had originally pleaded guilty in Vermont in 2016 to charges of possession of heroin. He spent time behind bars and as a condition of his release, he would have to submit to random drug testing.

He was arrested again in August for the bomb threat.
