Man Charged With Felony Robbery For Stealing Another Man’s Burrito

It looks the streets of Arizona are being stalked by a Burrito bandit.

A man is currently behind bars on felony robbery charges after he allegedly stole another man’s Burrito. Yes, a Burrito.

KPHO reports that Timothy Bell, 29, threatened a man on the street in Phoenix and stole “a burrito, of a value less than $1,000,” from him after their argument escalated.

Bell, is reported to have nabbed the Burrito “by force” while shouting “threatening statements.” It’s not clear if the burrito was meat or veggie, or what restaurant it was from.

According to his arrest report, Bell was caught red handed with the empty Burrito wrapper and arrested.

29-year-old Bell was booked into Maricopa County jail without bail and He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

This isn’t Bell’s first crime, he has past convictions for gun possession, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and narcotics possession. He is also currently on probation for another weapon’s conviction that landed him three years in jail.
