A Texas man was arrested after he was accused of killing his mother’s dog because she refused to let him have sex in her home.
According to News 4 San Antonio, 39-year-old James Garcia argued with his mother on October 24 after he was told he was not allowed to bring women into her home for sex. During the argument, Garcia grabbed his mother’s small dog, Roxy, and threw her 18 feet into the air where she landed on the kitchen floor. After throwing the dog, Gracia left the home.

Roxy was rushed to a local veterinarian hospital but a doctor told Garcia’s mother that the dog’s heart exploded during the fall, causing her to bleed to death. Garcia returned to his parents’ home later on and said he “didn’t like hurting the dog.”
Garcia was arrested and charged for the act but released on a 5,000 bond.
