Man Sues His Parents For $86,000 After They Throw Out His Porn Collection

A Michigan man is taking revenge out on his parents after they allegedly destroyed his porn collection. He is suing them for $86,000 in damages.

According to ABC 13, the unidentified man took his parents to civil court on Friday for the bizarre case. Court documents say that the man moved back into his parents’ Grand Haven home in October 2016 after a divorce. He brought in his pornography collection which is approximately worth $29,000. Shortly after, the man moved to Indiana and left the collection with his parents. Allegedly, the parents shipped his items to his new home but the man noticed that his pornographic films were missing. He was told by his parents that they destroyed the huge collection prior to shipping his other possessions.

Apparently, the man tried to press charges against his parents by contacting the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office but nothing happened.

He also sent the following email to his parents:

“If you had a problem with my belongings, you should have stated that at the time and I would have gone elsewhere. Instead, you choose to keep quiet and behave vindictively.”

His father said in a response that he destroyed the porn collection out of concern for his son’s mental health.

“Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional health…I would have done the same if I had found a kilo of crack cocaine,”
