Marion “Pooch” Hall Gets Plea Deal In DUI Case, Will Not Do Jail Time

Ray Donovan” star Marion “Pooch” Hall will not be heading to the slammer after all. As we reported, the actor was arrested last year for DUI and felony child endangerment, after allegedly letting his 2-year-old son drive because he was too wasted to steer.

It was said that he blew a .25 … more than 3 times the legal limit and he was charged with felony child abuse and DUI. Luckily, Hall struck a deal with prosecutors — he entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor DUI and to child endangerment. He was sentence is 3 years probation and a 3-month alcohol program. 

Hall also won’t do any time for the child endangerment. However, apart of the deal, Hall has to complete a one-year parenting class, and if he does … the charge will be dismissed.
