Marsai Martin’s ‘Little’ Lands At No. 2 With $15M Opening Weekend
While becoming the industry’s youngest executive producer and signing a first-look deal with Universal at just 14-years-old, Marsai Martin‘s just scored big on her first movie, Little, as the feature lands at No. 2 in the box office.
In addition, the Will Packer and Martin-produced comedy raked in $15.4 million during its opening weekend, across 2,667 locations nationwide.
Additionally, the film features Martin, Issa Rae and Regina Hall; with Hall casted as a bossy tech guru who’s transformed into her 13-year-old self (Martin) and guided by her assistant (Rae).
