Hollywood Unlocked had the pleasure of attending a special Netflix screening of “The Irishman” hosted by Hip-hop legend Nas in Hollywood.

An epic mobster flick, “The Irishman” will take you on a nostalgic 209-minute journey through the criminal career of gangster Frank Sheeran and 20 years of mafia history. More than a few times you will hear “I hear you paint houses,” and you know it’s time for Frank to carry out a hit.

Starring legendary icons Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Al Pacino, it definitely doesn’t disappoint. The chemistry between the three is undeniable and really has you thinking whether they are like this in real life.

One of the most iconic parts of the movie is watching these three men age over time, but, Scorsese didn’t hire younger actors to play De Niro’s and Pesci’s characters. He chose to use special effects to de-age the actors which will immerse you into the story as though you are traveling through the years with them.

We have given you enough spoilers, check out “The Irishman” On Netflix Wednesday, Nov. 27!
