Marvel is making sure to honor Black History Month with the help of their popular film the “Black Panther.”
Being 10 days into Black History Month, Marvel, the home of the popular movie the “Black Panther” is making sure that they are taking part.
At the top of the month, Disney decided that they wanted to bring “Black Panther” back to theatres for an encore presentation for free in select AMC theaters. The film hit 250 different theatres around the US and even managed to donate 1.5 million to the United Negro College Fund organization.
But if you thought they were done, you’re sadly mistaken. Marvel has opened up their doors for die-hard comic book fans to get their hands on digital copies of the Black Panther for free. Let me say that a little louder for the people in the back, there are giving them away for free 99.
The selection of five comics includes Black Panther #1 (2005), Black Panther: World of Wakanda #1, Marvel’s Black Panther Prelude #1, Black Panther #1 (2018), and Shuri #1, and are all available on Marvel’s website.
But just in case you haven’t had enough of the T’Challa and his team, they will be back on the big screens in the upcoming Avengers: Endgame film set to arrive in theaters on April 22nd.
