Mother Of Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter Ordered To Attend AA, Facing Jail for DUI

The mother of Nipsey Hussle’s daughter Emani could be facing jail time after she failed to show up to her DUI classes, which violates the terms of her probation.

The Blast reports that, Tanisha Foster, who is the mother of 10-year-old Emani, appeared in court on Thursday in L.A. after a bench warrant was ordered because she had missed a prior court date.

The judge recalled the bench warrant, but, plans to revoke her probation that stems from a 2017 DUI case because Tanisha failed to comply with the terms.

As well as the above, Tanisha must attend regular AA meetings. Her new probation violation hearing has been scheduled for July. If she fails to comply with these terms she could be taken into custody and serve time. This could have negative consequences for her custody case.

As we reported, Tanisha is currently battling it out with Nipsey Hussle’s sister over the care of her daughter, Emani.
