Nas Claims Kelis Violated Custody Agreement by Taking Their Son To Colombia
The drama between Nas and Kelis continues as the rapper is accusing Kelis of allegedly violating their custody agreement by taking their son Knight to Columbia without asking him.
The Blast reports that Nas filed court documents over their 9-year-old son, Knight after he claims that Kelis violated their custody agreementmore than 17 times.
He adds, “In or around December of 2018, Petitioner moved to Cartagena, Colombia and took the minor child without my consent.”
Nas adds that Kelis said that she plans on staying in Colombia, where she plans to homeschool their child with her Columbian husband.
“On Christmas, Petitioner informed me by text message that although her ‘plan’ had been to bring the minor child back to me in Los Angeles for New Year’s, the plan had changed. She then stated that the new plan was to come back on January 4, 2019.”
The rapper claims that he had to wait until January 14 to see his son again and he had no communication with him in Colombia. A judge has set a hearing for April.
