NBA YoungBoy Arrested At Atlanta Hotel On Drugs, Disorderly Conduct Charges
More trouble for NBA YoungBoy. According to WSBTV, the rapper was arrested Monday afternoon after an incident at the Hyatt House in downtown Atlanta.
The news site reports that NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden was with a woman named Starr Thigpen who got into a fight with a housekeeper. Apparently, the worker thought the room was vacant when she went in to clean it. YoungBoy told Thigpen to tell get the housekeeper to get out of the room, but things somehow got physical right after.
Police said Thigpen assaulted the housekeeper, striking her in the face. The physical altercation continued into the hallway before the hotel employee was able to run downstairs to get help, according to APD. While it is unclear what exactly NBA YoungBoy did, he was charged with disorderly conduct, use of fighting words, disorderly conduct – physical obstruction of another and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Thigpin was also charged with disorderly conduct – act of violence toward another, disorderly conduct – physical obstruction of another and possession of marijuana less than an ounce, according to WSBTV.
